Oreo Dessert


  • 2 small avocados
  • 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container of So Delicious cocowhip (9oz)
  • 1/8th cup of chocolate chips
  • Oreos
  • 2 tablespoons of melted ghee or grassfed butter


  • Take both avocados and place them into your blender
  • Add in cacao or cocoa powder and vanilla extract
  • Blend until your avocados are creamy
  • Add in your cocowhip and blend
  • Melt your chocolate chips and add into the blender, mix well
  • Taking a brownie pan, crush about 16-18 oreos on the bottom, completely covering the whole bottom of the pan
  • If your butter is not already melted, melt your butter and pour two tablespoons of butter over top of your oreos
  • Using a spoon or tongs mix around your butter and oreos, making sure that everything is completely covered
  • Flatten out the oreos again and pour your pudding over top, evening out with a spatula
  • Top your pudding with about 5-8 more crushed oreos and place dessert into the freezer, for at least 3 hours (until it has hardened)
  • ¬†Transfer you pudding into the fridge
