Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful of frozen spinach
  • 3 raw cacao butter cubes
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/8 cup cacao nibs
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • Optional: collagen, protein powder, and dark chocolate for topping
