Hamburger Helper


  • 1 box of noodles
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Half of thisĀ Cashew sauce
    • 1/2 cup cashew (soaked for at least 10 minutes)
    • 1/2 cup broth
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder



  • Fry ground beef until no longer pink, drain fat
  • Cook noodles according to package
  • While both of those are cooking, add cashews, seasonings and broth into a blender, blend until everything is mixed up
  • In the same fry pan as you cooked your meat in, add ghee and noodles, mix everything together
  • Add in a 1/2 cup of broth, mix
  • Add in cashew sauce and mix. Cook on medium low for about 5-10 minutes, or until warm
  • Sprinkle some cracked pepper into the fry pan and serve
