Grass Fed Beef Burgers


  • 1 lb of grass fed beef
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cracked pepper



  • Add ground beef into a large bowl
  • Chop onions and garlic, very fine
  • Add onions, garlic and seasoning into the same bowl
  • Use as much pepper as you’d like. If you do not have cracked pepper I would use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon
  • Mix everything together, use your hands to make sure you get everything mixed
  • Form four patties, place on a plate and sprinkle a little sea salt and pepper over top of each patty
  • Place your patties into the freezer for at least 30 minutes to make sure they hold better
  • When ready to cook, grill your burgers until both sides are brown, about 10 minutes
