Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • Half of an onion
  • 2 small jalapenos or 1 large
  • Half a green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Half a bunch of cilantro
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Sprinkle of pepper and oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  • Chop all your ingredients into small cubes
  • When chopping jalapenos discard the seeds
  • Store in fridge, serve over meat, dip with chips or veggies
