Coconut Cacao Sea Salt Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 7oz bag of coconut flakes
  • 10 cacao butter cubes
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Coconut shreds for topping (optional)

Directions:

  • Blend the coconut flakes in a food processor until completely crushed up
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until mostly smooth
  • Pour into ice cube trays, top with some coconut shreds and freeze
  • Keep in freezer, enjoy plain as a snack, topped with nut butter or chocolate, or add into smoothies
