Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mash bananas with a fork, add in two eggs and your cashew milk, mix
  • In another bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon, mix
  • Pour flour into the liquid bowl slowly, pour in three parts, mixing after each one
  • Add in chocolate chips
  • Place parchment paper into a loaf pan
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and evenly spread it around with a spatula
  • Sprinkle a couple more chocolate chips over top your bread
  • Place in oven for 20 minutes
