Cauliflower Crust Pizza


  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion power
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cut up your cauliflower and place it into a food processor
  • Pulse until your cauliflower is completely chopped up
  • Pour your cauliflower into a cheese cloth/nut milk bag and squeeze out all the water. Squeeze until you cant squeeze anymore
  • Place all your ingredients into a bowl and mix around with your hands
  • Place your dough on a parchment papered baking tray, using your hands form a pizza crust
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip your crust and bake for 5 minutes
  • Top your pizza crust with whatever you would like and cook for another 8-9 minutes
