Cashew Fudge Bars


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 raw cacao butter cubes
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup mix nut butter (Trader Joes) or any nut butter
  • 1 scoop of collagen (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  • Place cashews and your cacao butter cubes in a food processor, blend until everything is crushed up
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend
  • Place parchment paper into a loaf pan and pour your batter into the loaf pan
  • Sprinkle some coconut flakes, cashews, and sea salt on top of your bars and place in the freezer
  • Store in the freezer for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars
  • Keep all bars in freezer, these do melt in room temperature
