Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Carrots
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 peeled green apple
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 handful frozen spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 whole cloves or pitch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
