Caramel Apple Pizza


  • Crust
    • 1/2 cup coconut flour
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup ghee
    • Pinch of sea salt
  • Caramel
    • 1 can coconut milk (13.5)
    • 1/3 raw honey
    • 1/8 cup coconut sugar
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 green apple
  • Topping such as: pecans, coconut flakes, toffee, chocolate chips


  • Pour all of your caramel ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Let cool for an hour and place in fridge overnight
  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350
  • Mix your dough ingredients together and form a dough ball
  • Roll your dough out into a pizza shape
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until it looks golden
  • Lightly heat your caramel up on the stove top while crust is cooking
  • Chop your apple up into little pieces, along with your pecans and other toppings
  • Once your crust is done, take caramel sauce and spread it all over your pizza (just like marinara sauce)
  • Top with apples, pecans and whatever you would like and drizzle more caramel over top
