Cacao Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of frozen arugula
  • 1 handful of frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup nut milk/coconut milk
  • 3 spoonfuls cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

Directions:

  • Mix everything together and blend! Feel free to add protein, collagen, chia/flax/hemp seeds, etc.
