BBQ Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 lb pork
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 1 18oz bottle of BBQ sauce

Directions:

  • Place your pork into your slow cooker
  • Add your seasoning and rub them into the pork
  • Pour in half the bottle of bbq sauce, water and chopped onions
  • Slow cook for 8 hours
  • When done, shred with two forks
  • Pour the rest of your BBQ sauce over the pork and serve
