Aloe Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of frozen kale
  • 1/2 cup of fresh aloe
  • 1/2 cup of cucumbers
  • a little over 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • Optional: protein powder, collagen, chia/flax/hemp seeds.

Directions:

  • Blend 🙂
