Almond Flour Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 8oz lump crab
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Ghee or grass fed butter

Directions:

  • Mix everything in a bowl expect butter
  • On a skillet or fry pan add a tablespoon of butter
  • Make palm sized patties, makes around 5
  • Place crab cakes on your pan and cook on medium low until golden brown on each side, around 10-15 minutes
  • Add more butter if needed
