Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 unsweetened acai packet
  • 2 spoonfuls nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder and collagen

 

Directions:

  • Blend and enjoy 🙂
